**Ati Ayam Masak Tauge** I love chicken livers. This recipe is the result of experiment cooking that turned out nice. It's just pleasantly different....
Ingredients:
* Chicken liver, cleaned & trimmed
* Bean sprouts
* Tomatoes ~ I used cherry tomatoes; I like the taste better
* Crushed garlic
* Chopped onions
* Spring onions (daun bawang muda)
* Red chilis
* 1 cm ginger, sliced
* 2 slices of galangal (or blue ginger)

Directions:
1.) Stir fry chopped garlic and onions until lightly brown
2.) Quickly stir in chicken livers until lightly browned
3.) Mix in bean sprouts

5.) Dash of sweet soy sauce, maggi powder, salt and pepper
